Chicken Parmesan alla Vodka

This Chicken Vodka Parm has all the best qualities of classic chicken parm, plus the tangy sweetness & creaminess of vodka sauce. 

Step 1

Make the Creamy Vodka Sauce

Its a classic Italian-American Vodka sauce, but with a simple twist. Instead of heavy cream, it calls for sour cream. Extra flavor.

Step 2

Fry the Chicken Cutlets

This recipe calls for well-seasoned Italian Style chicken cutlets. Parsley, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Top Chicken with Vodka Sauce 

Make sure the chicken is well covered with vodka sauce and hand-torn pieces of mozzarella.

Step 4

Bake the Chicken in a Low Oven.

This step is the most crucial. Baking the chicken in the sauce makes it tender and juicy. 275F for 1 hour.
