Cabbage & Apple Salad

A slaw-like recipe with a nutty whole grain mustard vinaigrette

Step 1:

Slice up the Cabbage, Apple, Onion & Jalapeńo

The most time consuming part of this recipe. A good chefs knife will help streamline this process.

Step 2:

Make the Mustard Walnut Parsley Vinaigrette

The most perfectly balanced dressing with flavors of mustard, agave, vinegar, parsley, and nuts

Step 3:

Toss it all together

It will seem like a lot of salt at first, but there's a lot of cabbage apple salad to coat.

Though this salad lasts up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator, it's best eaten fresh, when the parsley is still bright and tasty.
