Easy Weeknight REcipe
A Chili Lime Shrimp "fusion" recipe influenced by shrimp scampi, gambas al ajillo, and of course, chili lime shrimp!
With fresh garlic, lime zest, Calabrian Chili Peppers, oregano, salt and pepper.
2 minutes on each side should be plenty of time for the shrimp to just cook through.
After transferring the shrimp to a bowl, deglaze with VERMOUTH and LIME JUICE, then a smidge of butter.
Toss the chili lime shrimp in the delicious pan sauce you just made. Just for 1 minute or so to coat.
A little fresh parsley or cilantro is the perfect match for these flavors. Best enjoyed with some crusty bread.
