New York Style Vodka Sauce Pizza

The creamy, delicious homemade version of one of New York City's best slices, the Vodka Pizza!

Step 1

Gather your Vodka Pizza Ingredients

Pizza dough, crushed tomatoes, vodka, cream, fresh garlic, and mozzarella are the main ingredients.

Step 2

Make the delicious Vodka Pizza Sauce

A clove of freshly-grated garlic added at the very end sets this vodka sauce apart from the rest. It's to die for.

Step 3

Assemble the Vodka Pizza

GENTLY stretch out the dough until it's large enough to cover the sheet pan. Top with vodka sauce, mozzarella, pecorino, and olive oil!

Step 4

BAKE on 425 for 20 minutes

Bake the pizza until the crust is crunchy and cheese starts to bubble and brown slightly.

Step 5

Add Fresh Basil, Slice, and Serve

Add the basil AFTER the pizza cooks so it doesn't lose its flavor! Basil shouldn't be exposed to heat. RECIPE BELOW.
