Sheet Pan Pizza Recipe
The creamy, delicious homemade version of one of New York City's best slices, the Vodka Pizza!
Pizza dough, crushed tomatoes, vodka, cream, fresh garlic, and mozzarella are the main ingredients.
A clove of freshly-grated garlic added at the very end sets this vodka sauce apart from the rest. It's to die for.
GENTLY stretch out the dough until it's large enough to cover the sheet pan. Top with vodka sauce, mozzarella, pecorino, and olive oil!
Bake the pizza until the crust is crunchy and cheese starts to bubble and brown slightly.
Add the basil AFTER the pizza cooks so it doesn't lose its flavor! Basil shouldn't be exposed to heat. RECIPE BELOW.
