Step 2
A good Veal Parmesan Sandwich MUST have good tomato sauce. Follow my simple recipe and make it all the time.
Step 3
If you control the heat, the veal won't burn. And you'll get better browning using olive oil.
Step 4
Baking gives the veal parmesan that desirable "crispy turned soggy" texture.
Step 5
This step isn't 100% necessary, but I love slightly golden brown mozzarella on my Veal Parm Sandwich.

This is a large format Veal Parm Sandwich, so assemble then slice each sandwich into 4 pieces.
