Bacon & Onion Spaghetti

An easy, delicious pasta dish with loads of flavor and just 5 simple ingredients.

Step #1

Render the Bacon Fat

Cook the bacon for 7 minutes, or until it's well browned and all the fat has rendered. 

Step #2

Sauté the Onions in the Bacon Fat

Cook the onions until they're dark brown and soft, about 8 minutes. 

Step #3

Add Cooked Spaghetti to the Skillet

Along with the bacon, reserved pasta water, and lots of chopped parsley.

Step #4

Serve and Enjoy

Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheess, more fresh parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
