SUmmer SAlad Recipe
A delicious combination of spicy shrimp, sweet mango, and refreshing avocado, this salad is loaded with flavor and a little bit of crunch.
Step 1:
The shrimp seasoning has paprika, cayenne, chili powder, and oregano, plus salt, pepper, an olive oil.
Step 2:
The cilantro lime dressing is an herbaceous, sweet, and acidic dressing that will bring the whole salad together.
Step 3:
The shrimps only take about 2-3 minutes per side. But time varies depending on the size of the shrimp and heat of the griddle.
Step 4:
Plate the sliced avocados, mangoes, and cucumbers. Then add the shrimp and top with diced peanuts and the cilantro lime dressing.
