Description
Making this hibiscus-infused simple syrup is incredibly straight-forward and will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
Ingredients

- 5 hibiscus flowers, rinsed and pistil (center part) removed
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Place the rinsed Hibiscus flowers in 1 cup of water and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- In a small saucepan, heat the hibiscus infused water and 1 cup of sugar, just until sugar has dissolved.
- Allow to cool before using
